200 notebooks with 1760 pages, 120 pages with 1760 pages, 880 notebooks, 2760 pencils (bic original), 10 mathematical boxes, 140 long calculators, 140 calculators, and 140 periodic tables will be given to 241 children supported by the Compassion project.

 Contractors who wish to bid for the tender must meet the following requirements:

1. Having a letter of request for a quote addressed to the church administration in support of the current Parish Proforma Invoice for the single price and the total price.
2. Certificate of non-indebtedness from the National Social Security Board (Rwanda Social Security Board: RSSB)
3. Business license issued by RDB
4. Certificate of No Debt from the National Revenue Agency (RRA)
5. 3 certifications appear to have done such bidding and done it well.
6. Having a bank account in the name of the RDB certificate of the applicant or the applicant company.
7. Photocopy of the ID or Passport of the Company representative.
8. Being an EBM invoice provider.

NB:  The type of notebook we want is that it must be WORD

Acceptance and public opening of tender documents is on 13/09/2023 at five o'clock   in the morning (11h'oo) at the project office RW0236 Irama, located in KIREHE region, GAHARA sector, BUTEZI village, RWAMUZIMA village , the tender documents will expire on 13/09/2023 at four and a half ( 10h30 ), will not be included in the tender, those who wish to bid through the tender documents using the following email methods, projectrw236@gmail.com and send a copy to eniyonzima@rw. ci.org
