Balton Rwanda Ltd a subsidiary of Balton CP group, a British multinational company having presence across Arica is looking for experienced personal for the position of Sales and Marketing Manager in Technology and Innovation division dealing with ICT Solutions, Connectivity & power, wireless communication Solutions, Network & Data security Solutions and Home Land Security systems for Rwanda subsidiary.

Job Summary:

• Candidate should have knowledge and experience in ICT Solutions, Security, Networking, Connectivity & power. HF long range wireless systems, VHF and UHF radio communication systems, Microwave and digital systems, CCTVs, Security systems
  
• Achieve marketing and sales objectives by creating strategies and preparing and executing action plans. Source leads and develop new business.
  
• Identify marketing and sales opportunities by identifying customer requirements.
  

Qualifications Required:

• Graduate in IT & Communications
  
• Having minimum 2-3 years work experience in related field
  
• Should be fast learner and result oriented.
