BACKGROUND
CATCHUP Investments Ltd a privately owned Rwandan investment company that recently extend their business to the Manufacturing Sector. The Company produces high quality hygiene products including tissue products such as Toilet Papers, Serviettes, Facial Tissues, Medical Towels, Kitchen Towels, and Pocket Tissues. The factory is the only facility in Rwanda that recycles waste paper to produce good quality and hygienic Toilet papers which is very well known in the Rwandan market under the “Clear” brand. Other products produced by the industry are a wide range of Detergents like Multi-Purpose Liquid Soap, Hand Wash, Glass Cleaner, Dish Wash, as well as bar soap products .

Responsibilities and Duties
• Key contact person with distributors, wholesalers, and Catchup representative at the market place.
• Tasked with growing our customer base and ensuring product availability on retail shelves in the allocated areas.
• Meet and exceed the set sales targets of every product category in our portfolio.
• Relay orders to sales admin and oversee the timely delivery of the products.
• To Ensure that regular reviews are carried out with customers, to ensure that their needs are being met and that excellent customer service is achieved and, developing future improvements/services for the customers
• Charged with distributor’s performance evaluation.
• Maintain and report the state of the market in real time
• Market prices
• Competition analysis
• Charged with facilitation of distributors on penetrating new markets.
• Ensure compliance of the distributors with the contracts

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and marketing or related degree of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education with more than 2 equivalent or 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.

Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and marketing or related degree of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education with more than 2 equivalent or 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.

EXPERIENCE;
2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
