JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Sales representative to be part of our team and our expansion in Rwandan market. .

Key Responsibilities
• Selling products using solid arguments to prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Job Requirements • Minimum 3 years’ experience in field sales and business development with excellent relationship with trade channel across Rwanda.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong experience in food products sales
• Strong network of contacts in Rwandan market and sales business
• A “hunter” personality is a must.
• Must have valid driver’s license
• You share our values and work in accordance with those values, Team Working is crucial.
• Language proficiency in Kinyarwanda and English.
• Well organized, results oriented.
