EAGI Ltd seeks to recruit competent personnel for;

Job Title: SALES ASSISTANT

Reporting to: Commercial Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Request material replenishment from the factory
  
• Prepare a quotation, sales order, delivery note and EBM Invoice to the client
  
• Manage inventory at the sales outlet and perform reconciliations with finance to derive the closing inventory
  
• Develop a client database and be the point of contact between customers and the
  company
  
• Ensure proper filing of all sales records
  
• Prepare and submit a daily sales report
  
• Receive and handle appropriately customer queries including complaints
  
• Collect, organize and store client information and make sure it is easily accessible
  when needed
  
• Call clients and return calls to collect information
  
• Follow up on customers to make sure they are satisfied and devise ways of serving customers better
  
• Send reminders to a customer on orders, payments, and deliveries
  
• Collect the required information from customers to process their orders
  
• Any other task that may be assigned by the supervisor
  

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
  
• A minimum of 2 years‘ relevant working experience
