ASSIGNIMENT TITLE: TENDER FOR SALE OF SURPLUS/OBSOLETE ASSETS BY AUCTION

The Management of Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc invites sealed bids from interested individuals, companies, and the general public for the auction of old and obsolete assets. The items include, but are not limited to, used office furniture, computer equipment, printers, and other miscellaneous items that are no longer in active use.

Terms and Conditions :

1. All items will be sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis.
2. Interested bidders are advised to inspect the assets during the scheduled inspection period.
3. Bidders must submit their sealed bids in the format prescribed in the bidding documents.
4. The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
5. Successful bidders will be required to make full payment within 3 working days after reception of notification.
6. Assets must be collected within 2days of payment confirmation.

The Tender Document in English may be obtained from Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc’s Head Office located in CHIC Building, in Procurement Office from 30^th/05/2025 during office hours (8:30am to 5:30pm) upon presentation of proof of payment of non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000Rwf) deposited on the account No:0048820007 opened in Bank of Africa Rwanda Plc, in names of BIDDING FEES.
