 Public Auction Announcement

ASA International (Rwanda) Plc is pleased to announce a public auction for the sale of a company vehicle. All interested members of the public are invited to participate under the terms outlined below.

Vehicle Details

• Make/Model: Hyundai Tucson X20 eVGT, 4WD, Diesel
• Plate Number: RAD 045 I
• Condition: The vehicle will be sold as-is, without warranty.

Auction Date and Venue

• Date: 29^th July 2025
• Time: Starts at 10:00 AM
• Location: ASA Headquarters, Plot No. 95, KG 784 St., Ntora Village, Ruhango Cell, Gisozi Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali

Vehicle Inspection

Interested bidders may inspect the vehicle from 23^rd July 2025 through 29^th July 2025, during working hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) at ASA Headquarters.

Auction Method

• The auction will be conducted in public at ASA Headquarters on 29^th July 2025 at 11:00 AM.
• Participants will compete by haggling, with offers made incrementally.
• The highest bidder who provides the highest final offer will be declared the winner.
• All bidding will be verbal and conducted transparently in the presence of all participants.

Participation Requirements

A non-refundable participation fee of RWF 10,000must be deposited to the account below:

• Proof of payment must be presented at the auction venue before bidding begins.
• Participants must also present a valid National ID or Passport.

Award and Payment Terms

• The vehicle will be awarded to the highest compliant bidder.
• The winning bidder must complete payment within one working day after notification.
• The vehicle must be collected within seven (7) days of payment.
• A daily parking fee of RWF 5,000 will be charged thereafter.

Important Notes

• No base price has been set.
• ASA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or offer without providing reasons.
