We’re looking for an experienced Ruby backend developer! You’ll be working with Videoly for Brands, our solution that streamlines video content distribution for global brands.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Ruby backend developer! This is your chance to join an international tech company with an excellent Russian-speaking development team and friendly English-speaking colleagues. We develop a distributed system based on cloud platforms and services.

Our Stack
• Ruby on Rails 6/7, Ruby 3.x,
• PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Heroku, Redis, Docker
• AWS, Kinesis, Redshift

What You’ll Do
• Develop cool new features on Ruby on Rails’ backend , UML diagrams, runtime profiling
• Code refactoring
• Bring your expertise and agile problem solving to a wide variety of products and tasks Ideal Profile
What We Expect
• 3+ years experience in commercial and team development using Ruby on Rails
• Relevant database experience (PostgreSQL, Redis)
• Good understanding of distributed systems and web technologies
• Knowledge of OOP, FP, SOLID, DRY
• Understanding of CI/CD processes
• Commitment to neat and beautiful code
• Continuous thirst for growth and self-development
• Fluent in English and Russian
