Responsibilities:

• Overseeing topographic surveys, geotechnical investigations, and traffic counts.
• Preparing detailed road designs, drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Supervising construction activities and quality control.
• Managing contracts, cost, and procurement processes.

Qualifications:

• Registration with Institution of Engineers in Rwanda.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Highway/Transport Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for Bachelor holders.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Master holders.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D or Open Roads Designer.
• Experience in climate-resilient design principles for road infrastructure.
