Rwanda Climate Change Development Network (RCCDN) is a national member-driven civil society network working on climate change and other development challenges. As a non-government organization established in 2017, RCCDN is legally registered by the Rwanda Governance Board (RGB) with registration number 618/RGB/NGO/PL/04/2020.

Other required documents include:
1. General information of the hotel
2. Letter of interest addressed to RCCDN coordinator
3. Financial offer with breakdown of services costs and all applicable taxes
4. VAT certificate
5. Tax clearance from RRA
Submission Procedure
Please, send all the required documents to the Email: rccdnrwanda@rccdnetwork.org or drop at the RCCDN office located at KK 500st, no.24, Bralirwa Road, Kigali Kicukiro district. Any bidder who will meet challenges during bid submission can request for the support using the same email
