Hope and Homes for Children (HHC) is an international organization recognized globally for its expertise in the field of Deinstitutionalization by placing children including children with disabilities from institutions/ orphanages into families, and family-based alternative care and supporting children to remain with their loving, caring, stable families, and working with governments to tackle the root causes of family breakdown/family separation.

In Rwanda, HHC has been working for over 20 years to transition children and young adults from institutions/orphanages to families and strengthen families and communities to take care of children.

Hope and Homes for Children is looking for potential competent and reputable bidders to supply one used vehicle with the following minimum specifications. All vendors must submit a quote for the vehicle which meets the minimum required specifications listed below. Failure to meet all the minimum required specifications may disqualify a bidder from the selection.

Minimum Required Specifications

Vehicle Type: SUV (Suburban Utility Vehicle)

Model: TOYOTA Land Cruiser Prado TXL D4D, MITSUBISHI Pajero or NISSAN Patrol

Drive Type: 4×4 / 4WD / 4-wheel drive only

Year of Manufacture: Minimum 2015

Fuel type: Diesel or Gasoline

Steering: Left hand drive

Number of doors: 5

Seating capacity: No less than 7 passengers including the driver

Air-conditioning required.

Submission procedure

Interested bidders shall submit their quotes with clear specifications of the vehicle to supply with a RRA tax clearance certificate by sending an e-mail to info@hhcrwanda.org with a copy to agashumba@hhcrwanda.org

The deadline for submission of quotes is on 28^th August 2023 at 05:00 PM Kigali time. Late submissions will be disqualified.
