VIF specializes in the promotion and development of real estate projects. VIF has a growing portfolio of commercial properties in the city of Kigali.
Background
VIF is currently building a medical center located in Gisozi. The structure of the building has been completed and the company will initiate the finishing works in December 2022. To that end, VIF is seeking the services of a construction company.

The companies are invited to present a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for construction services (including equipment) before October 31st,2022. The project’s structure has been completed and the contractor will oversee the exterior Façade, Interior Finishing, MEP & exterior landscape.
Eligibility Criteria
All applicants should meet the following criteria
1. Have a demonstrated experience of providing similar services with a minimum of 5 years of Experience
2. Must have experience in supply & installation for the area they have submit the RFP, especially for commercial/ hospital projects.
3. Have a demonstrated capacity and experience to have worked on turnkey projects.

Phase 1: All applicants should submit all required documents on provided email below.
Phase 2: Only pre-selected applicants will receive project details for quotation.
