REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
CBHI MOBILIZATION CAMPAIGN FOR MANAGEMENT SCIENCES FOR HEALTH (MSH) RWANDA
This RFP outlines the communication blocker services required for contracting the media houses in Rwanda to carry out the mobilization campaign for CBHI enrolment and sensitization scheduled to take place in April 2024. The service provider will select media houses across the country that will carry out the CBHI mobilization to sensitize the public to subscribe to CBHI membership for the Fiscal Year 2024/2025.
Quotes must be received by MSH no later than the date and time indicated in the table below.
