RE: Request for Freight and Forwarding Services Financial Proposal (RFP)

To all freight and forwarding agencies.

Bboxx is a data-driven super platform, transforming lives and unlocking potential by connecting consumers and deploying innovative products in Rwanda and across Africa. We are actively seeking a reliable freight and forwarding services agency to collaborate with.

Specifications details.

All financial proposal should:

• Be written in English.
• Local transport and clearing agency fees should be quoted in Rwandan Francs inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Include a detailed lead time from the Dar-es-salaam and Mombasa port to the destination of the declared container.
• Contact person.

Kindly submit your proposal by no later than September 20, 2023, to Bboxx Capital Rwanda Ltd, Front Desk at Kigali Heights, 4th Floor, East Wing by 10 AM.

Notification of Tender Award

The proposal that will achieve the highest score in accordance with our procurement manual's evaluation criteria will be selected for the award. Please be aware that all offered prices will undergo a detailed review and negotiation process to ensure a fair and reasonable contract price. Notification and contract details will only be shared with Clearing agency who have successfully secured the most favorable contract terms.
