Request for Expression of Interest for Training and Mentorship in Data Management
ICT CHAMBER is a Member based organization representing ICT Companies in Rwanda under the Private Sector Federation. Membership of the Chamber Exceeds 240. member companies at different stages; • Startups. • SMEs.

Rwanda ICT Chamber invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services described below. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services and should submit the following documents;
1. Brief description of similar assignments (one page maximum)
2. Highlights the bios of appropriate staff members for the assignment (one or two pages maximum)
3. Expression of interest letter (one page maximum)
These documents will be submitted via email to procurement@ict.rw by Friday, March 24, 2023 at 4:00 PM.
Firms that will submit their expressions of interest letters will then be invited for an info-session on Tuesday, March 28, 2022 at 10:00 AM (online) where they will receive tendering documents and further guidelines on how they can develop both their technical and financial proposals.

Scope of Work
Training, certification and mentorship services in Data Management specifically in the following areas:
1. Data Engineering
2. Data Strategy
3. Data Governance
4. Data Privacy Law
5. Business Intelligence
6. Econometrics
The interested firm should keep the following requirements in mind:
• Jointly develop content for the training and ensure all content answers to the Rwandan context
• The ICT Chamber will provide trainees for the training
• ICT chamber will provide work plan
• Training can be hybrid i.e., both online and physical
• Multiple classes will be happening at any one time
• This will take a project based learning model with capstone projects & company case studies embedded

Qualifications, Specialized Experience and Additional Competencies:
• Proven track record in successful implementation of similar projects in the past 2 years
• Professional expertise and excellent background in conducting training especially to graduates, mentorship and excellent record keeping of training.
Team Members Requirements:
Key personnel
1. Quality assurance and relationships manager. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management; having a Master’s degree or an equivalent certificate in Project Management or Project Monitoring and Evaluation would be an added value
2. Skilled and experienced trainers to execute the training.
