Request for Expression of Interest for Renovation of UNIPOD
Rwanda ICT Chamber invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services described below. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services and should submit the following documents;
1. Brief description of similar assignments (one-page maximum)
2. Highlights the bios of appropriate staff members for the assignment (one or two pages maximum)
3. Expression of interest letter (one-page maximum)
These documents will be submitted via email to procurement@ict.rw by Monday, October 28, 2022, at 12:00 PM.
Firms that will submit their expressions of interest letters will then be invited for an info session on Monday, October 31, 2022, at 4:00 PM (online) where they will receive tendering documents and further guidelines on how they can develop both their technical and financial proposals.

Scope of Work
Professional interior design, implementation, and project management services are required for the sixth floor of the MUHABURA Building located at the UR College of Science and Technology/former KIST. Based on the design concept, applicable furniture and fixtures must be supplied and installed considering the following requirements:
• The Contract should use high-quality materials; thus, the types of materials to be utilized in the renovation of the space and manufacturing of furniture must be approved by the ICT Chamber
• The ICT Chamber will provide a floor plan that should be considered while working on the interior design

Qualifications, Specialized Experience, and Additional Competencies:
• Proven track record in the successful implementation of similar projects in the past 2 years
• Professional expertise and an excellent background in architectural design, interior design, construction works management, and supervision
Team Members Requirements:
Key personnel
1. Design architect. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture; having a Master’s degree would be an added value
2. Skilled staff to execute the work.
