Re: Request for Expression of Interest for One Stop Center (OSC) design and Supply of materials and partitioning of offices at Sanlam Vie Plc Headquarters.

Dear Sir/Madam,

SANLAM Vie Plc. hereby invites the qualified bidders to express their interest in:

Lot 1: One Stop Center (OSC) design at Sanlam Vie Plc Headquarters;

Expressions of Interest (1 copy) shall be accompanied by the following:

Company registration certificate;
Tax clearance certificate;
Estimated delivery period;
At least 2 certificates of good completion of identical rendered services (will be taken into consideration);
Site visit certificate (applicable only on Lot 1);
Proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Frw 25,000 (per each lot) payable on the account 00040-00047974-89 opened in Bank of Kigali in the name of SANLAM VIE Plc.
Well detailed price schedules must be expressed in Rwandan Francs (Frw) and shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes.

For Lot 1: One Stop Center (OSC) design at Sanlam Vie Plc Headquarters

Submission Procedure

The copies of submissions showing the proposed technical specifications and pictorial views of the One Stop Center (OSC) design in 3D shall be directed to the office of the CEO’s Assistant in a properly sealed envelope with the title “One Stop Center (OSC) design at Sanlam Vie Plc Headquarters” separating administrative, technical and financial proposals. Electronic submissions shall be directed to infovie@rw.sanlam.com  with the same title as above stated as subject of the email, not later than Wednesday 23rd June 2021 at 10:00 AM local time. The bidders are encouraged to provide more than one (1) design options.

Site visit is mandatory on Saturday 19th June 2021, from 9 AM to 11 AM. The site visit shall be completed by issuance of a site visit certificate.
