REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI) FOR MANAGING FERWAFA ACCOMMODATION FACILITY (FOR LOCAL AND INTERNATIONL BIDDERS)

1. Background:

Fédération Rwandaise de Football Association (FERWAFA) is a non-governmental and non-profit organization founded in 1972 as member of CAF and FIFA in 1978.

FERWAFA main goal, is to develop, improve and organize the football game throughout Rwandan territory.

To legitimately stand with confidence, FERWAFA is recognized by the government of Rwanda and operates within the framework of the FIFA/CAF rules and regulations.

2. Purpose:

The purpose is to request a suitable local and international service provider, specialized in Hotel management to manage the FERWAFA accommodation facility by expressing their interest or submit their proposal to FERWAFA.

3. Eligibility Requirements:

In order to be considered for the technical and financial evaluation of the tender, bidders are required to fulfil the following eligibility requirements:

1. Certificate of incorporation.
2. Copy of trade license
3. Original or a certified copy of certificate on no claim issued by the Social Security
4. A Copy of a Valid Tax Clearance
5. To provide 3 references of similar services carried out by the bidder accompanied by contract and performance or completion certificates
6. To provide the comprehension and recommendation letter.
7. To provide the methodology
8. To provide the keys personal in hospitality

4. Submission of offer:

Interested Bidder are requested to submit their REOI in one envelop (technical for one envelop & Financial offer for one envelop), until by latest 19^th October 2023 at 5:00PM, at the FERWAFA Procurement office at FERWAFA HQ near AMAHORO Stadium   P.O. Box 2000, Kigali. Or at procurementferwafa@gmail.com  and copy ferwafa@yahoo.fr

Please include the following Reference: 019/S/REOI/FERWAFA - Technical/financial offer for MANAGING FERWAFA ACCOMMODATION FACILITY  on the subject matter of transmission email. Late bids will be rejected.
