To facilitate the process, shareholders are requested to proceed as following:

1. Visit the rest franch/Customer Services coperative members in shareholders
If your name is on the Register, kindly provide identification, current address and contact details telephone number and email, whould you notice an error in your names or discrepancy on the number of shares you own, please advise the Customer Services Oliver for corrections
If your name does not appear on the register, kindly provide any proof to substantiate your membership
2. If you were a member of more than one cooperative, please ask to check the register of other cooperatives and follow what is described under 1 (a) or 1 (b)
3. If you have a relative spouse, kid...) who you believe was a member of the cooperative check the register to confirm that he/she appears on the list, then:
inform the relative to come and formally register If the relative deceased, worm here to join the Bank and register by providing supporting document
