The Rehabilitation and Commissioning of the Operating Theater and construction Access ramp at .Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Specialized Hospital (IOSH) .

Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Specialized Hospital (IOSH) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) within the Tender for hiring a construction company to perform the Rehabilitation and Commissioning of the Operating Theater and construction access ramp at IOSH funded by Ordinary budget. IOSH hereby invites eligible and qualified bidders .

The bid will be made in accordance with the rules of public contracts to all eligible bidders as defined in the Bid Documents.

A complete set of biddingDocuments written in English may be obtained from the procurement office of IOSH starting from 27/11/2024 upon presentation of prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf) deposited to the account No: 00094-0064-1922-39 of Inkuru Nziza Orthopedic Specialized Hospital at the Bank of Kigali

A compulsory site visit is scheduled on 05/12/2024 at 10:00AMand shall be conducted at the location of IOSH’’s building.

Well prepared bids written in English or French language, addressed to the Director of IOSH, P.o Box 105 Kigali. Properly bound and presented four copies, one is originaland three copies sealed in envelopes must be submitted to the office of the Procurement Officer of IOSH not later than 17/12/2024 at 10h00AM.Late bids will be rejected. The bids shall remain valid for 120 calendar days following the bids opening date.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security 1,000,000Frw

The opening of the bids will take place on 17/12/2024 at 10:30AM and prompt local time at IOSH’s conference-room. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the law no 031/2022 of 21/112022.Governing public procurement. Ministerial Order no 001/23/10/TC/ of 10/10/2023 establishing regulations governing public procurement as modified and completed to date
