TENDER TITLE:

REHABILITATION WORKS FOR OF MAIN TRUCK PARKING GROUND AND ACCESS

ROAD.

1. MAGERWA Ltd invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for execution works of rehabilitation for main truck parking ground and access road.

2. The participation is open to all eligible companies specialized in the above-mentioned construction field and interested bidders can obtain Tender Document from MAGERWA HQ located at Gikondo from 7/10/2024 at 9:00Am upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non- refundable fee of fifty thousand Rwandan francs [ 50,000 Frw] on the account number 100000184955 (MAGERWA) opened at Bank of Kigali (BK).

3. A compulsory Site visit is scheduled on 18/10/2024 and will be conducted by Magerwa's Tender committee members.

4. The venue for departure is fixed at Magerwa Ltd head offices/Reception office at 10:00Am local time. Note that the site visit will be conducted by bidder's key staff to be used in the bidding document.

5. Well printed bids written in English, properly bound, and presented in three copies, one of which is the original and two copies must reach the office of the Chief Executive Officer not later than 8/11/2024 at 10:00Am local time. Late bids and poorly presented bids will be rejected.

6. All bids must be accompanied by a bank Bid Security as per the bid data sheet.

7. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 10:30 Am local time in the presence of bidders or their representatives, in the board room of MAGERWA.

8. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 90 days.
