JOB DETAILS:
Zuri is a tech-enabled beauty platform empowering black women around the world. We aim to become the leading black beauty brand in Africa in the coming years through our hybrid distribution model which comprises of direct salons called Hairbars, franchise Hairbars, resellers and ecommerce. Our platform enabled us to have deep insight into our operations and customer data online and offline. We are using this data to provide personalized and unprecedented customer experience while increase our customer lifetime value. As Regional Manager for Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya your role will consist of:
• Managing our own Hair bars in Kigali, Kampala and Nairobi. Ensuring our all processes, systems and tools are implemented and rolling out the commercial strategy defined by the group Marketing & Commercial team.
• Managing the teams and HR matters across the different jurisdiction. Coach teams and ensure a performance and merit culture is implemented.
• Manage the monthly and quarterly performance process.
• Enforce Zuri’s values.
• Build the network of resellers and franchisees.
• Build with the support of the group Commercial team a team of brand ambassadors and celebrates to promote the brand.
• Organize events and pop-up shops to boost the visibility.
• Provide feedback on the product performance and market feedback. Run regular competition analysis.
• Implement new software and features across our network.

Qualifications for Regional Manager
• Strong math skills to crunch numbers and keep track of your region's financials and profit
• Ability to motivate others on a team and help them succeed.
• Multitasking skills and the ability to tend to multiple problems at a time.
• At least three years’ experience delegating tasks to a team.
• Experience in the beauty or retail space preferred.
• Good knowledge of IT systems to manage operations.
• Organizational skills to manage large amounts of information and drive actions.
• Ability to generate a variety of reports and presentations displaying regional performance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and ideally French as well.
• Happy to travel regularly.
