Job Description
Title: Refugee Program Manager Under contract for one year (Renewable based upon positive performance assessment)

Location: Kigali

Level: 2.III

Duties and Responsibilities

• Draft project proposals to be submitted to the SPIU Coordinator.
• Work closely and report also to the Ministry’s Refugee unit.
• Provide effective leadership and ensure the overall management of the projects in all its components by overseeing the technical, administrative and financial management of all refugees’ related projects implemented under SPIU
• Provide strategic vision, guidance and supervision to the refugee project staff
• Prepare annual work plan and follow up on implementation of project activities, • Undertake periodic review of all activities related to refugee affairs
• In collaboration with the single project Unit staff, initiate refugee related project and participate in funds mobilization,
• Attend joint planning sessions with partners
  Job Profile
  Qualifications Master’s degree in Project management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Development studies, Management, Disaster Management, Geography, Environmental Studies, Humanitarian Studies, Social sciences, population studies, Statistics 3 years working Experience Or A0 Project Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Development studies, Management, Disaster Management, Geography, Environmental Studies Humanitarian Studies, Social sciences, population studies, Statistics with 5 years working Experience.
