Recruitement of trainers for RICEM professional training program for the microfinance sector

Founded in 2014, RICEM provides practical and competence-based trainings to workers and Board Members of Cooperatives and Microfinance institutions countrywide. RICEM also provides short term trainings to owners and workers of micro, small and medium enterprises and individual entrepreneurs as well.

RICEM recently introduced a professional training program for the Microfinance sector known as Certified Microfinance Professionals (CMP).

RICEM is currently in the process of recruiting CMP trainers for the following modules:

Microfinance Ecosystem
Microfinance products and customer service delivery
Loan and Delinquency Management
Basic Accounting and Finance applied in Microfinance
Sales management and basic marketing
Internal control and Audit

Please apply if you have practical skills and experiences in any of the above areas of microfinance.

Qualifications and experience required for each unit/module

					Professional Trainings attended
1	Microfinance Ecosystem	Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Microfinance, Economics or related field of study	Minimum 3 years working in MFI or working as MFI inspector.	Fluent in English, Speaking and Kinyarwanda	Professional course in Microfinance
						2	Microfinance products and customer service delivery	Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Microfinance, Economics or related field of study	Minimum 3 years in cashiering and customer care or having enough exposure in MFI	Fluent in English Speaking and Kinyarwanda	Professional course in Customer service delivery or any other related course
3	Loan and Delinquency Management	Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Microfinance, Economics or related field of study	Minimum 3 years working in MFI specifically in credit department	Fluent in English Speaking and Kinyarwanda	Professional course in credit management
						4	Accounting and Finance	ACCA, CPA, Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Microfinance	Minimum 3 years working in MFI specifically in Accounting & Finance department	Fluent in English Speaking and Kinyarwanda	Professional course in Microfinance
5	Marketing and Sales management	Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Marketing, MBA or any other related field	Minimum 3 years working in MFI specifically in Marketing and sales department	Fluent in English Speaking and Kinyarwanda	Professional course in marketing
						6	Internal control and Audit	Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Accounting - Finance, Microfinance and related field of study	Minimum 3 years working as Auditor in MFI sector	Fluent in English Speaking and Kinyarwanda	Professional course in Auditing

N.B: Existing RICEM trainers are free to re-apply to these new set of modules.
