JOB DETAILS:

Mount Kigali University invites applicants for the following academic and non-academic roles to join our diverse team in the following fields. The ideal candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

 RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute recruitment campaigns targeting students, graduates, and young professionals.
• Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers.
• Coordinate career fairs and recruitment events.
• Manage outreach on social media platforms and leverage digital marketing tools for recruitment.
• Screen candidates and assist in the interviewing process.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Strong interest in marketing and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative and digital-savvy mindset.
