Job Description

• Provide visitors with useful information about the branch.
  
• Sell tickets to museums friendly visitors.
  
• Answer telephone calls and inquiries.
  
• Improvise proprietary networks to obtain, as quickly as possible, information needed to make change, or cancel reservations for visitors.
  
• Collaborate with tour operators, cultural troupes and museum guides for reservation of visits and cultural performances at museums.
  

Job Profile

A2 in Literature, Humanities

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:

• Knowledge of rwandan culture and values;
  
• Knowledge of Laboratory technics;
  
• Extremely knowledgeable about the museum's collection;
  
• Knowledgeable about conservation methods;
