Kasha Rwanda Ltd, a leading platform for last mile access to health that ensures people can get the health products and household goods they want and prefer, when they want them, and where they want them. Registered TIN 106427123 and is requesting written quotations for the supply of the following transportation services:

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. The closing date of this RFQ is fixed on 10/3/2024 at 17:00 (EAT)
2. Bidders will fill and return the Quotation Form, preferably using tenderer letterhead,
3. Bidders will provide quality assurance documentation whenever applicable,
4. All vehicles should be registered and maintained for the job
5. All communications shall be addressed to global.procurement@kasha.co,
6. Sharing a quotation does not automatically lead to awarding a PO,
7. Prices are mandatory in Rwandan francs (RWF),
8. Bidders with partial services or limited availability are encouraged to submit partial offers,
9. The list below can be disaggregated according to the bidders’ capacity to service,
10. Offers with a payment term of Net+7 or above will be preferred.
