1. Cover letter, signed and stamped by an authorized representative of the bidder

2. Company Registration Certificate

3. VAT registration Certificate

4. Proof of using EBM invoice

5. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (any bidder with tax arrears will not be considered)

6.  Provide at least 3 references (with contracts/LPOs) for similar deliveries done with value of above 50millions in the recent 5 years

7.  Provision of bid security of one million Rwandan francs (Rwf 1,000,000).

Note: Any bid missing the above documents will be automatically disqualified.
