PUBLIC TENDER ANOUNCEMENT

Tender title: Public tender to supply laptops for IGIRE-JYAMBERE Activity

The deadline for submission of bids: 19^th November 2024 at 11:00 am (Kigali Time).

DUHAMIC-ADRI would like to invite all interested companies or firms to supply the laptops for IGIRE-JYAMBERE Activity as detailed in the table below:

The selection of best bidder will be done using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the tender document hereby attached.

The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotation) shall include all taxes.

Interested bidders should fulfil the following requirements:

• RDB registration certificate
• Proven experience in provision of similar items to be supplied with three (3) certificates of good completion from trusted institutions
• Valid tax clearance certificate provided by RRA
• RSSB valid clearance certificate
• Proof of having electronic billing machine (EBM) by providing a copy of invoice submitted in the past
• Bid security of 200,000 Rwf legally recognized by a bank or insurance companies operating in Rwanda.
• Be ready to supply all items within reasonable time not exceeding 5 Days after receiving the purchase order

Bids including above requirements (original and one copy) will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Tuesday 19^th November 2024 at 11:00 am (Kigali Time).

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 11:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI in Kicukiro District, Niboye sector.
