Public Auction At The Former Umubano/Merdien Hotel
Ovepubro Cosmos Ltd wishes to inform the public that on Sunday, June 12, 2022, at 9:00a.m., a public auction will be held at the premises of Hotel Umubano / Merdien, located alongside the Kacyiru highway.
Some used vehicles and other property belonging To Agaciro Development Fund will be auctioned. Items to be auctionned include: latest version GYM bikes, sauna (spa) machines, large refrigerators, chairs, beds, mattresses, TVs, cupboards, kitchen equipment, bathroom equipment, hotel, restaurant and bar equipment, various machinery and other different materials. The visit of the items to be auctioned is scheduled from Saturday June 4, 2022 to June 11, 2021, since 8:00 a.m. to 6:00p.m. To note :

1. Potential buyers or competitors will be required to make a payment of Two
Million Rwandan francs (2,000,000 FRW) as security for each lot, refundable in case the customer does not buy, or to be considered amoung the payment amount for the purchased lots. That amount of money will be paid through the bank account number 03-01390210529-45 belonging to OVEPUBRO COSMOS LTD, opened at COGEBANQUE, before the competitor presents himself at the auction. Competitors are required to present their bank slips for each lot to be competed for.

2. The Buyer will be required to pay 30% of the total amount, immediately after
being declared the winner of the auction, the balance will be paid no later than 48
hours from the auction time. Otherwise, that 30% will not be refunded.

3. After having completed the total payment, the buyer will be required to collect the
purchased items, as soon as possible (not later than 24 hours), and for competitors who do not purchase any item, their deposited guarantee will be refunded within
24 hours.
4. All payments will be made via the above mentioned bank account and the payer
must present the bank slip.
