RITCO HEADQUARTERS in Nyamirambo (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) invites all eligible bidders to submit bids for the following tenders.

1. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RITCO’s procurement office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs paid to the account N0: 000450771445403 in the bank of Kigali.

2.Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from RITCO Offices during working hours from 8:00am -17:00hrs in the office of procurement.

3.Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to RITCO HEADQUARTERS in the office of Chief Executive Officer not later than seven (7) days before the fixed date for the submission of bids.

4.Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 4 copies one of which is the original must reach the office of procurement at the address mentioned above Not later than 27/08/2025 at 10h00: am. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

5.All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as shown in the table above issued by a bank or reputable insurance company in Rwanda and shall be attached during submission.

6.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 27/08/2025 at RITCO Ltd board room at 10h30:am

7.The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
