INVITATION FOR A TENDER: TRANSPORTATION SERVICES PROVIDER 

CLIENT: CHRISTIAN BLIND MISSION (CBM) OFFICE IN RWANDA

1. Background 

CBM is an international Christian development organization committed to improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities in the poorest communities of the world. In Rwanda, CBM works with local partner organizations, which provide medical and community services to persons with disabilities.

CBM Rwanda is seeking the services of an experienced and competent company to provide Transportation services.

• Vehicle type: Jeep 1st category, 2nd category and Coasters
• Destinations: All Districts in Kigali City and Provinces

Interested companies with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the provision of transport services are invited to submit the below documents:

1. Company profile with full address, phone number and e-mail;
2. Certificate of registration with relevant body;
3. VAT registration certificate;
4. Minimum of three (3) certificates of completion in similar services from well-known Organizations;
5. The daily rate per district in RFW.

Only shortlisted companies meeting all above requirements will be invited for interview.

The required documents should be submitted via email at info.rwanda@cbm.org no later than Monday 14^th August 2023 at 12:00.
