• Protect the world’s most vulnerable children, including those separated from their families because of war, natural disasters, extreme poverty or exploitation.

If your company is interested in working with Save the Children International Rwanda to provide school uniforms in 30 Districts.

We kindly request you to submit an expression of interest outlining the following documents:

Essential criterial

• Business registration certificate issued by RDB
• A valid Rwanda Revenue Tax Clearance
• A valid RSSB clearance certificate
• VAT certificate

Capability criteria

• Certificates good completion for similar services completed.
• The Company must be based in and operate from the respective district, be familiar with the local context, and be officially registered within that district.
• The Company should be able to provide all types of uniforms used in each specific school within the district including, collect the correct measurements for enrolled children who will be provided with the school uniforms, the type of materials used, and color of uniforms used in respective schools within the district.
• The Company should be able to distribute school uniforms at the sector level.
