Tender for the provision of printing services for the Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Rwanda (ICPAR)under framework contract

The Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Rwanda (ICPAR), (hereinafter called ‘’Client”)intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

ICPAR invites all interested bidders to submit bids for the tender for the provision of printing services forthe Institute of Certified Public Accounts of Rwanda (ICPAR) under framework contract as indicated in details in the statement of Requirements.

The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested eligible Bidders from ICPAR Head Office at Procurement Manager Office, during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifteen Thousand Rwandan Francs (50,000 RWF) or in any freely convertible currency deposited to the account N° N°00040-00335616-29 of ICPAR opened at Bank of Kigali. The bidding document may be sent by email as may be requested by interested bidders.

Well printed bids properly bound and presented in 3 copies, one of which is the original, and samples for every item must reach the ICPAR reception at the address mentioned above Notlater than 18^th February 2025 at 10:00 am (local time). Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at ICPAR Offices on the same date at 10: 30 am (local time).

The Outer envelope should indicate the tender name and title.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the ICPAR procurement policies that should be found on the ICPAR website: icparwanda.com.
