Title: Provision of Platinum Plus Medical Insurance
Client : Association des Guides du Rwanda
The Youth Exchange South to South (YESS) Girls Movement is an International Exchange Program, funded by the Norwegian Agency for Exchange Cooperation (NOREC), a Norwegian Government Agency. YESS Girls movement, African girls and young women leaders are given an opportunity to go, see, learn, practice for a year and half, and bring back what is done elsewhere in other countries other than their own; in turn bringing to their host organizations strengths and experiences from their home Association.

It is in this regard that the Association des Guides du Rwanda (AGR) hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for the provision of platinum plus medical insurance for resource people. While on duty, the insurance will cover in-country travel risks like accidents, temporary sickness, etc. Association des Guides du Rwanda will enter into a one-year framework contract with the best-evaluated bidder.

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 17th March 2022 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at AGR National Centre, KK 39 Ave, No. 34, Gikondo in the Secretariat Office, upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 100013983997 opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) under the name of AGR/Developpement.

Well printed bids written in French or English language, addressed to the Executive Director, P.O Box 76 Kigali, properly filled and presented in three copies of which, one is original and two copies, in sealed envelopes marked “Provision of Platinum plus Medical Insurance” must be submitted to the office Reception by 25th March 2022 at 13:30 pm.
Bids will be opened at AGR on 25th March 2022 at 03:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend AGR offices.
