REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Section 1 General Information

• Norrsken Rwanda LTD is an impact ecosystem where entrepreneurs can find everything they need to make saving the world their business. • Tentative time frame: It is anticipated that the contract will be for a period of one The contract is subject to termination if Norrsken Ltd is not satisfied with the service provided within the one year period.

Section 2 Preparation of Proposals Essential Requirements

• Language: The official language for the proposal, contract, reports and any other documents in relation to the assignment is English.
• Required qualifications and experience:
  • Be a member of a national accounting or auditing body or institution which in turn is a member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC); or
  • Be a member of a national accounting or auditing body or institution which although not a member of IFAC commits to undertake the assignment in accordance with IFAC standards and ethics.
  • Be registered as a statutory auditor in the public register of a public oversight body in the country.
• The proposal should provide the following information:

• A brief description of the Accounting and Tax This description should include such items as: size; level of staff; number and type of clients; number of audits performed annually; geographical network; and scope of operations.
• A description of the Accounting and Tax Firms’ experience of working with international coworking space service providers including an outline of recent experience on assignments of a similar nature.
• A general outline of the planning procedures and methodology normally used for performing typical Accounting and Tax work, along with any comments or suggestions on the Terms of Reference.
• Details of the proposed staff by title/role and experience, the tasks that would be assigned to each staff team member, and an estimate of the total staff input needed to carry out a typical institutional Accounting and Tax
• The name of two client (similar to our company) references who may be consulted to provide feedback on performance if requested.

Financial Proposal

• The price in RWF broken down by fee and incidental expenses likely to be incurred. Incidental expenses should indicate standard rates used for such items. If the bidder operates other charging rates such as flat fee audits, rates based on financial value or transaction level this should also be indicated in addition in the proposal. The price should be quoted including VAT.

Section 3 Submission of Proposals

• Proposals must be submitted in electronic format by e-mail. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted in separate files and marked accordingly.
• The full details on how to submit proposals are available under Tender Notice at the beginning of this document.

3.2 Proposals must remain valid for at least 60 days following the deadline for their submission stated under the Tender Notice.

Section 4 Final Considerations

4.1. Norrsken Rwanda Ltd will not be bound to select any of the proposals.
