PROVISION OF STAFF CATERING SERVICES AT INYANGE INDUSTRIES (CANTEEN)

INYANGE Industries Ltd is a leading food processing company in Rwanda, manufacturing a variety of products under their brand name – “Inyange”. The “Inyange” brand has been in use since 1997.

INYANGE Industries Ltd is pleased to invite all qualified bidders to submit their bids for the provision of Catering services for Inyange Industries Staff (Canteen Services).

This advert is addressed to experienced service providers working within Kigali City who fulfil the requirements as per the scope of work in the RFQ document.

Submission Procedure

The full RFQ document with scope of work may be obtained at Inyange Industries Procurement Department located at Masaka Head Office, but due to COVID-19 restrictions, anyone who is interested can either contact the Procurement team on inyangeprocurement@inyangeindustries.com and +250788679540/+250788731120 for more details and sharing the scope of work through e-mail or download the same on JOBINRWANDA website along with the advert.

Any other clarifications regarding this tender may be addressed by writing through the same above email not later than 7 days before the fixed deadline for the submission of required documents. All other requirements regarding this tender are included in the RFQ document.

Note that the operating hours for canteen services is 24 hours a day in three shifts; 7 days a week.

The deadline for submission of bids hard copies in sealed envelopes is scheduled on 6th August 2021 not later than 10:00am at Inyange Industries Ltd offices located at Masaka Road, late bids will be rejected. Opening of bids will be done by Inyange Industries team due COVID restrictions.
