TITLE: PROVISION OF HIRING A MEDIA HOUSE SERVICES

CLIENT: RWANDA NETWORK OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV (RRP+)

The Rwanda Network of People Living with HIV, RRP+ hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in that area to submit their offers for the Provision of Media house Services

• Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.
• Tender Documents in English maybe obtained at the RRP+ office from 24/07/2024 Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM after the presentation of a payment slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (Rwf 10,000) deposited on the Account No 00040-06956758-54 RRP+ ACTIVITIES. Please mention on the deposit slip as follows: “Provision of Media House Services” Interested bidders may obtain further information at RRP+ headquarters located at Rukiri I cell, Remera Sector, KG 599 St, N 33, Gasabo District or Tel: 0788261745.
• Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies, one of which is the original must reach the RRP+ at the address mentioned above not later than 27/08/2024 at 11:00 am. Late and poorly prepared bids will be rejected and the bids sent electronically will not be accepted.
• Bids will be opened in public session in the Conference room of RRP+ at 11:30 the same day.
• The outer envelope should indicate the tender name and tender number. Bidding will be conducted under the Laws Governing Public Procurement in Rwanda. The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
