TENDER NOTICE

PROVISION OF CLEANING AND GARDENING SERVICES AT INYANGE INDUSTRIES Ltd AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES

INYANGE Industries Ltd is a leading food processing company in Rwanda, manufacturing a variety of products under their brand name – “Inyange”. The “Inyange” brand has been in use since 1997.

INYANGE Industries Ltd is pleased to invite all qualified bidders to submit their bids for the provision of cleaning and gardening services at Inyange Industries Ltd and its subsidiaries: Mukamira Dairy Ltd & Savannah Plant.

This advert is addressed to experienced service providers fulfil the requirements as per the scope of work in the tender document.

Tender Document may be obtained on any working day from Monday, 13th September 2021 at Inyange Industries Procurement Department located at Masaka Head Office, E-mail: inyangeprocurement@inyangeindustries.com, Tel: +250788679540/+250788731120, from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Rwandan Francs only (5,000 RWF) to the account N° 00040-00049853-28 in the name of Inyange Industries Ltd opened at Bank of Kigali.

All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of One Million Rwandan Francs (1,000,000 FRW) or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency, issued by a financial institution recognized by the National Bank of Rwanda.

Any other clarifications regarding this tender may be addressed by writing through the same above email not later than 7 days before the fixed deadline for the submission of required documents. All other requirements regarding this tender are included in the tender document.

Submission Procedure

Well-printed bids properly sealed and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach at the address mentioned above not later than Monday, 27th September 2021 at 10:00 am at Inyange Industries Ltd offices located at Masaka Road. Late bids will be rejected.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, opening of bids will be done by Inyange Industries team in Inyange Industries Ltd Board room on Monday, 27th September 2021 at 2:00 pm.

The validity of the offers shall be 90 days from the date of opening of bids. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title.

A compulsory site visit will take place as follows:
1. Inyange Industries Ltd located at Masaka Road on Wednesday 22nd September 2021 at 10h00 am
2. Mukamira Dairy Ltd Thursday, 23rd September 2021 at 10h00 am
3. SavannahPlant Friday, 24th September 2021 at 10h00 am

Note that the cleaners will operate 24/24 hours a day into a shift,7 days a week.
