Background:
1. Haguruka is a Rwandan non-governmental organization, founded in 1991. Haguruka means “standing up” in Kinyarwanda standing up for the rights of women and children. Our vision is to create a society where women and children can enjoy rights and reach their full potential. We are working to end violence toward both women and children. We provide a safe, confidential space where citizens will be listened to and given legal support by our lawyers and counselors.
2. HAGURUKA has received Financing from the USAID via LAF towards the cost of Dufatanye Kubaka Ubutabera Project. It is under this project that Haguruka is issuing a tender notice to invite interested bidders to provide printing services of Abunzi forms as well as provision of office stationaries.
3. HAGURUKA now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of printings and office stationaries as specified in the tender document.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at Haguruka’s Head Office Located in KIMIRONKO KG Ave 95, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf deposited to Account 00040-000203052-64 Rwf/FONDS HAGURUKA opened at Bank of Kigali.
5. Tender Documents may be obtained during all working days from the place here above indicated from 18th November 2022 from 8h00 am to 17h00 pm.
6. Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must be submitted at the address mentioned above not later than 25th November 2022 at 10:30 AM, local time. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the same day at 11:30 AM, local time.
7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender reference, title and marked as follows: ″ Do not open except in the public session of 25th November 2022 at 11:30 AM, local time”
8. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with article 5, “Competitive Procurement Process’’, Section 5.3, in Haguruka’s Procurement Policy.
