POSITION
Production Manager. .

Specific duties, activities, and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Implements and enforces quality control procedures and tracking programs to meet company objectives.
• Analyzes production and quality control processes to detect and correct issues.
• Determines and implements improvements to the production process.
• Prepares, reviews, and maintains production reports.
• Supervises, monitors, and reviews the production staff's work performance.
• Works with other members of management to accomplish the goals of the company.
• Acts as a liaison between production and other departments to foster communication and prevent probable delays and miscommunication.
• Promotes and ensures collaboration and efficient coordination with other departments.
• Ensures implementation and adherence to all health and safety procedures.
• Create and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
• Researches and communicates current and new health and safety regulations and strategies with staff and management.
• Oversees the procurement, usage, modification, and maintenance of production equipment.
• Manages production budgets and implements cost control programs.
• Estimates production costs and sets company standards for high-quality production.
• Reviews staff and material requirements to ensure production targets are met.
• Plans, schedules, and manages production staff schedules and the production process.
• Ensures all company policies and SOPs are strictly enforced.
• Oversees and coordinates production staff and operations.

Requirement：
• Bachelor's Degree in Biological, Pharmacy，Chemistry, or related field.
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing.
• Have solid computer skills including an understanding of MS Word and Excel. Must demonstrate leadership abilities. Must have excellent organization and communication skills. Must have excellent English writing skills and must be a self-starter.
• 1+ years of minimum experience in production and manufacturing processes.
