1. Background

The Rwanda Climate Change and Development Network (RCCDN) with Support from CECI is implementing a project aimed at empowering rural poor young women through the production of reusable, cost-effective, and eco-friendly sanitary pads. To implement the project, RCCDN needs competent Enterprises / Individual business persons to facilitate in procuring the required items through tendering.

2. The items to be procured are in 2 lots:

Lot 1: Workshop Equipment and accessories:

LOT 2: Workshop Raw materials

Interested suppliers must:

• Supplier can be individual or company
• Submit proposal quoting price per unit and total cost (Cost should include transport to Bugesera , Mayange Sector where RCCDN has a workshop
• Indicate delivery time line
• A Supplier can quote for both lot 1 and Lot 2 or only one lot

3. Submission guidelines

Complete financial proposals must be submitted by July 21^st, 2025, at 10.00 Am local time,

Physically at RCCDN Office, KK 395 St, Muyange, Kagarama, Kicukiro District, Kigali, Rwanda.

4. Evaluation criteria

Proposals will be assessed based on:

• Compliance with the technical specifications
• Capacity to deliver in short time possible
• Cost-effectiveness and overall value for money
