Eurotrade International Ltd (Nyakabingo), is a tungsten ore mine 19km (by road) to the northeast of Kigali in the Northern Province, near the village of Shyorongi. The mine produces more than 50 tonnes per month under a 25-year license that began in 2015.
Eurotrade International Ltd (Nyakabingo) operates The Coffee Mine Restaurant which supplies patrons the opportunity to enjoy a meal, offers a venue for celebrations, weddings, company conferences, and tour group food and refreshment in an idyllic location on the mine property overlooking lush valleys and hills which are the hallmark of the Northern Province. The Coffee Mine Restaurant is ideally situated with easy access to my personnel, and the surrounding town/villages and is on the main tourist and commercial road to Gorilla National Parks and the DRC border town of Goma.

The Coffee Mine Restaurant has a seating capacity of more than 100 people and provides a range of food and drink. Also, it is an operating restaurant consisting of cooking equipment, furniture, kitchen cutlery, crockery, and linen. The appointed Outsource Partner will have access to the buildings, equipment, and facilities and the maintenance of the buildings, equipment, and facilities will be the responsibility of Eurotrade International Ltd (Nyakabingo).

Submission Procedure
NB: All interested parties should submit their Expression of Interest with supporting documents to tender@trinity-metals.com by not later than 16th February 2023. Expressions of Interest received after 16th February 2023 will unfortunately not be considered.
• Application Letter introducing your Company/yourself and a brief business profile.
• Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB
• VAT Registration where applicable
• Valid income tax clearance issued by RRA
• 3 Reference letters from 3 reputable organizations for reference
These documents should be saved in one folder named “Name of the firm/person-pre-qualification to Outsource the Coffee Mine”.
The selected tenders will be invited to a Compulsory Tender Site Meeting at the Coffee Mine Restaurant, Eurotrade International Ltd (Nyakabingo) at 11:00 am on 20th February 2023.
