Background:

Rwanda Revenue Authority is seeking a Principal Professional in Charge of IT Systems Audit to lead the internal Information Systems audit team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify key business risks to information systems and make recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in the development of the annual audit plan.
• Conduct technical IT-related operations and prepare audit reports.
• Supervise IT internal audit professionals and ensure effective liaison between auditors and auditees.
• Provide assurance on IT service management practices and follow up on audit recommendations.
• Prepare reports on IT audit progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Sciences, or Business Information Technology.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or planning to sit for the exam.
• Experience in IT-related fields, preferably in Cyber Security Services and IT Auditing.
