Position Description
mPharma is looking for a responsible and trustworthy professional with exceptionally high work standards to join our team as a Pharmacist. The job of the Pharmacist entails building and managing mPharma’s in-house delivery pharmacy to handle dispensations to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with a team of nurses and to ensure operations are seamless between shifts.
• Dispense and check prescriptions filled by Doctors to ensure good dispensing practices are followed.
• Manage the logistics system and ensure that deliveries to the facility happen on time.
• Manage customer experience.
• Maintain and manage inventory, order new supplies when necessary and keep inventory updated.
• Preparing medications by reviewing and interpreting prescriptions and detecting therapeutic incompatibilities (Drug Drug interactions).
• Complying with regulatory requirements by maintaining records for controlled substances; removing outdated and damaged drugs from the pharmacy inventory.
• Contributing to any other initiatives that are critical to the pharmacies continued success
• Recruiting, training and managing staff

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel sheets.
• A self-starter who can multitask while consistently producing high quality deliverables for a diverse set of concurrent initiatives.
• Experience working in a pharmacy and managing teams is an advantage
Qualifications
• B Pharm. or Pharm. D degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college/university
• Valid practicing license
• At least 1 - 2 years experience working in a Retail Pharmacy or Hospital Pharmacy
• Gross salary of RWF 1.050M
