Our Nursery School is more than just a school, it’s a safe haven for young children from vulnerable backgrounds in Gashora. We believe that every child deserves quality education, love, and care to reach their full potential.
Job Role & Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced female Headteacher who will lead our nursery school, based in Gashora, while also teaching the senior nursery class (ages 5-6). This role is suitable for someone who loves working with children, has a strong background in Early Childhood Development (ECD), and is ready to support and mentor teachers and staff.

Responsibilities
• Teach the senior nursery class (ages 5-6).
• Manage and support nursery teachers, teaching assistants, and staff.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure a nurturing learning environment.
• Work closely with parents and the community to enhance children's development.
• Ensure high-quality early childhood education in line with national standards.

Skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about child-centered learning and development.
• Patient, creative, and energetic with excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Qualifications
• University degree in Early Childhood Development (ECD).
• Experience in teaching and managing a nursery school.
