Title: Provision of Maintenance services, Repair and Supply of spare parts for Vehicles
and motorcycles

The Inades- Formation Rwanda (‘hereinafter called ‘’Client”)hereby invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders specialized in that area to submit their offers for the “Annual framework tender for provision of maintenance services, repair and supply of spares parts for Vehicles and motorcycles of Inades- Formation Rwanda”

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field. The companies must be registered with the Trade Register of the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on the blacklist recorded in Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA).

The Tender Document may be obtained on any working day from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm 
at Inades- Formation Rwanda headquarters at Remera, KG 109 ST 2, in the Secretariat Office, upon presentation of a proof of payment of a nonrefundable fee of twenty thousand Rwandan Francs (20,000Frw) deposited to Account N° 00257-00696678-38 opened at Bank of Kigali (BK) under the name of Inades Prestation.

Well printed bids written in either French, English or Kinyarwanda language, addressed
to the Country Director, P.O Box 866 Kigali, properly bound and presented in two copies of which, one is original, in sealed envelopes marked “Request for provision of maintenance services
to Inades- Formation Rwanda’s vehicles” be submitted to the office reception not later than 
12^th, August 2024 at 02:30 pm.

Bids will be opened at Inades- Formation Rwanda on 12^th, August 2024 at 03:00 pm
in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Inades- Formation Rwanda offices.
