JOB DETAILS:
ICM Rwanda Agribusiness Ltd is an established agribusiness enterprise operating throughout Rwanda in rice production in a joint venture with rice cooperatives, milling at three locations Gikonko, Bugarama, and Rwamagana and retailing through Lucki Rice. ICM wishes to recruit qualified and diligent professional candidates for the Rwamagana Rice mill. .

Job Responsibilities
• Coordinate all milling operations and continuously improve storage conditions, hygiene and safety environment
• Maximize production yield and minimize cost
• Ensure that the paddy receivables are complying with the quality requirements
• Ensure that the finished product is of the highest quality.
• Oversee and lead all mill employees
• Ensure security and safety for factory assets

Job Qualifications
• The successful candidate will have relevant education in management and have had at least 4 years’ experience in rice processing.
• An understanding of the Rice industry is essential. Other attributes will be, well organized, self-motivated, strong decision making, critical thinking and problem-solving.
