JOB DETAILS:
As part of a job creation, VIPP Interstis, the leading international call center in sub-Saharan Africa, is looking for a Windows Systems Administrator.

Description of the position and missions :
1. Systems management
Administer the Microsoft 365 email platform
Administer Windows servers and Microsoft tools
Deploy and configure business applications
Guarantee the confidentiality of data to employees according to company policy
2. Maintenance
Maintain and maintain the Windows server fleet
Keep the Windows production fleet up to date and maintained
Study business applications, automate deployments
Standardize the political rules and solutions in place on remote sites
Monitor the status of the information system.
3. Data and service security
Guarantee the security of data contained in the information system
Maintain the system in a state of service redundancy
4. Backups
Guarantee backups of server data
Guarantee server backup for rapid return to service
Guarantee the security of saved data in the same way as that of the original data
Maintain a backup schedule file
Check backup status twice a month
Move backups to another location in the event of an unsolvable problem on the main site
Establish an activity recovery procedure in the event of total destruction of the Datacenter
Test this procedure twice a year
5. Information system
Work to simplify the system, data classification and backups
Centralize services, servers and data in the data center
6. Procedures and documentation
Maintain up-to-date documentation of the tools in place
Write procedures when implementing specific elements
Keep the client system and application infrastructure file up to date
