JOB DETAILS:
The HQ PEAT Ltd is a project located at Mamba Sector in Gisagara District seeks to recruit qualified machine operators, auto electricians to support his peat mining activity project located in Mamba, Gisagara District/ Southern Province of Rwanda. .

Roles and Responsibilities For Mechanics And Auto Electricians
• Provide standards quality services of machine preventive maintenance aiming to minimize machine breakdown
• To do proper fault finding of machine problems
• Link with chief mechanics to make sure that all spares are available in stocks
• Plan regular service maintenance of machine to maximize their productivity
• Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Assist peat land operating crews when required
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements:
• A Diploma/Degree in agriculture machinery maintenance services
• A Diploma/Degree in auto electricians for agriculture machinery maintenance services
• Proven professional experience of at least 4- 10 years machine operation (EXACATOR, DOZER, Wheel loader), professional experience of CAT and agricultural machine/ peat mining shall be an added value
• Ability to read and understand high tech agricultural machines
• Analytical skills
• Attention to details
• Teamwork’s spirt
• English communication skills (Speaking, reading, and writing)
• Good health and strength (medical certificate of authorized Doctor should be submitted to the Employer for selected candidates)
• Basic education with at least 6 years of secondary school, certificate of technical schools, and University level shall be an added value.
